Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Bankruptcy/Personal Automobile
Prior to bankruptcy, Toyota Finance wrote off the amount I owed. (Approx $2,000). I then filed chapter 7 in 2005, and included the debt. I have given the car to my Daughter-in-law, however, I don't have a title and she can't get it registered. What can I do? Thanks.
