credit loss due to unlawfull detainment
I was arrested and detained for 356 days before my cases were dismissed. it has distroied my credit and I heard there is a law that applies to getting my credit fixed. Is this correct?

If your case was dismissed, you should talk with a criminal defense attorney regarding your options for expunction or nondisclosure. Either option should go a long way to restoring your credit.
