Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Dating Service Contract
I signed a 6 year contract with a dating service that clearly stated it was non-refundable. I've been divorced recently, was feeling low after spending the holidays alone, and fell victim to their high pressure sales techniques. I regretted the costly decision a few hours later as it is completely out of my budget. I wanted to know if emotional stress can over-ride this type of high pressure sales or does this just get filed under ''painful and humiliating lessons''.
