Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
My mother needed somewhere to stay. I told her she could not live here. I told her she could stay temporarily so that she could use my computer to find somewhere else to go. We agreed she would be out quickly. She has been here a year now and she has not been trying to find somewhere else to go. I have told her to several times. She has decided that she is not leaving. How do I get her out of my house?

You file a forcible entry and detainer with the local Justice Court. What she is is a "tenant at will."
They'll help you with it; they have the forms.
