Take Over Payments
is it legal to let someone take over my home or auto payments. i am about to go into foreclosure and lose my car. don't want to file bankruptcy just keep everything going as is but me not make the payments? found a company that can make this happen, never new such a thing existed. help?

Be VERY careful of the company involved, sometimes these folks are legitimate, but more often they are not. Think about it -- what is the catch that you keep your property, but don't pay for it? It may not pass the smell test. Carefully review the offer to see if creditors are being defrauded, or if you are being defrauded. Bankruptcy could be a better option for you.
