Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
purchased ATV from dealer that has a lien on it.
Purchased a used ATV from a local dealer 7 months ago- I have been trying to get the title and all I get is excuses, I had a report pulled on the ATV and found out that the dealer never had the title, it is still in the previous owners name and has a lien on it.. what course of action do I have?
