Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Return of newly purchased motorcycle
I purchased a new motorcyle on 07/31/2004 using a Suzuki special financing plan. This plan allowed me to apply for a revolving credit card to purchase the motorcycle as long as I make minimum monthly payments of $99/month over the next five years. I was approved and took delivery of the motorcyle on 07/31/04. I have put under 200 miles on the motorcycle and would like to return it to the dealer for a full refund. Is this possible? If so, how long do I have to return it?

Try to do it tomorrow. They may give you some back, likely it will not be 100%.
Re: Return of newly purchased motorcycle
Legally, you bought it, it's yours, the dealer doesn't have to take it back. He may give you a partial refund but he's not obligated to do so.
There's no period within which you can change your mind when you buy a vehicle, once you sign the contract.
