Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
selling a used car
i sold a used car(private owner)& the guy who bought it came out with a written agreement that stated if the car did not work or broke down whitin 30 days he would return the car back to me & give his money it did not run at the
time of sale it needed a battery am i held liable to the
terms of that agreement?

If you signed it, you're stuck with it. If you didn't agree and didn't sign it, it means nothing.
