What are the vehicle recovery options after a reposession in Texas? How can I get the vehicle back after a reposession and I have made a payment since the reposession to bring the note up to date?

Don't make ppayments until the lender agrees to give the vehicle back...unless you can pay in full..and then talk to lender, it may claim attorney fees, repossession fees, etc..so you have no rights until you can everything
