What happens to a Law Firm if they decline my certified letter? The letter was for a cease of all communication.

Hang onto the returned letter for proof that you sent the letter. Check and make sure that the letter has the correct address on it.

If they contact you again, let them know that they have been notified by certified letter to not contact you.

Keep in mind, however, that if you shut out communication regarding a debt, you're almost assured of being sued.
