Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My mom recently died. She had some credit card accounts that she hadn't paid off yet. I need to know what I should do about them. I have informed the credit card companies of her passing.

if she has assets to probate, then creditors must make their claims ..you do not owe the debts
