Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I received a payday loan from a company and have not had the opportunity to pay them back in a couple of months.They are now trying to have a court ordered judgement against and said that I used my work email address to get a fraudlent loan.What can I do?

If they filed a lawsuit..be sure to file a written answer...and why is it fraud to use work email?..So deny all allegations..but they will probably get a judgment IF they file and go to Court..but if you have nothing, they can get nothing.. good luck
