What is the statute of limitations for bringing an action under the Texas Collection Practices Act? Is it one year like the FDCPA, or longer?

The statute itself is silent. However, it also refers to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices/Consumer Protection Act, and that has a two-year statute of limitations.
