Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Today a creditor called named John.. He called at 8:56am.his number called from is. 713 414 7725. He threatened to take me to court the last time he called. I told him not to call me at work.. then today he did again. He has three times now called threatening me to go to court. I found that he was rude and said all the fees and other stuff would make me owe more than I did. He said I could take care of it.. then I said I don't owe you I your not Keystone. Why would I pay you if Keystone is already reporting the debt written off and I done owe his company. He said they did a financial investigation on me...and I asked who is they. then he said its my company.. I asked what company and he said the one on bissonett st in Houston. Then he said he found that I am able to pay and they would pursue legal action in court..I then told him to no longer contact me by phone and to send me a letter.. he then said to bad and hung up..!!!

I am not sure the laws from it was in CO and now I'm in TX but can he be sued for telling me this? Does he have ground to take me to court. I believe the debt was under $1500 and it was 5 yrs ago. Medical Bill
