Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
why tried as anAdult at the age 13?
A friend was found guilty of a crime that he did not comitt.He was only 13 of age when this insident accured.Murder with intent to robe.Time dragged on he reached 16 and they tried him as an adult.No evidence.One boys word against the other.How did this happen? How can they tri him as an adult? Yes the nature of the crime was very serious,but going on no evidece at all.Boom,Capital murder,with possible parole.Why and how did this happen????
