Arrest and Search Warrents

If I was arrested and removed from my home, do the police or CPS have the right to search my home without a search warrent?

Depends upon the circumstances.

What law enforcement finds in plain sight, during the arrest, does not require a warrant. What is aquired incident to arrest does not require a warrant. If another person has an interest in the property, and gives consent, then a warrant is not required.
