Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
bail on a suspect shot by police in a highway chase while awaiting trial
If a suspect is shot by the police and he is awaiting trial,he is charged with capitol attempt murder 2,can he get a bail?Is there such thing as a medical bail,if he is geeting medical attention.If he get a bail will he have to stay in the state of Texas as long as the trial is going on?Also,how much will a bond like this cost?

Not knowing all the facts of the case, it would be normal to expect a $500,000.00 bond, if bond is even available. The county/state is required to provide medical attention to him.
