Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
clear my record
i have a few misdermeanors and a felony on my record and find it virtually impossible to aquire a decent job to support my family, even with fast food jobs. i finished my sentence as of 02/19/07 and have been trouble free since then and my question is is there legal action i can take to clear my name so i may be able to obtain employment my family can be proud of?

Not now. The nature and age of the offenses will be important, however, it is too soon for a non-disclosure, even if you qualify.
You might consider areas of business that might lead to self-employment, or additional training or education. Also consider contacting Texas Vocational Services -- they may well be able to help you find employment if you are sincere. Good luck to you.
