Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Conspiracy charge
The DEA has charged my fiance' with conspiracy, how can one be charged with conspiracy when there is no physical evidence and the evidence against him is all circumstantial.(Police statements from drug users who are looking for lighter sentences.) There are no actual drugs as evidence.The only statement against him is that he took money but gave nothing in return. But, two other statements stated that deals had occurred in the home where he was dwelling, though not involving him.

It is altogether possible that there is more evidence, that is not being disclosed at this time. In fact I would assume that there is more evidence. Your fiancee needs a lawyer right away.
