Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Criminal Mischief
Ok, here is my question...This guy is pressing charges on me and my friend for..lol..slinging oil and flour, and tuna on his vehicle. Don't ask. Anyways, we meant it as a joke, but he went on a rampage, and filed papers on me at the court house and as you know, has a period of time to decide whether he wants to press charges on us. Obviously, these food products did no damage to his vehicle. So, bottom line, since this is, i'm told a Class C Misdemeanor and classified as criminal mischief. What do you think the actual punishment will be if I am charged with this? Also, this is my first offense. Thanks.
