If You are 15 can you date a 21yr old so long as your not having sex?

You first must have your legal gaurdian's permission. That being said, the 21 year old stands a very good chance of being charged with a sex offense in the next two years. Why would the 21 year old want that temptation or risk? The safe answer is no not until the girl is 17 years old(age of consent).
