Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am on deffered felony probation for four years because I was caught receiving 2-4 ounces in the mail and since I lived within 1000ft of a daycare I was enhanced to state jail felony ive made it about 10 months but am now being violated for failing two piss test I am caught up on all fines and community service hours when I failed my first test they put me on a "color program" which they assign me a color and on Monday I must call and if its my color must take a piss test that day by four well I slipped up on one while I was on that and was arrested now I am wondering what are my options for being reinstated

You will need a competent attorney to represent you in this matter, because probation through the prosecutor's office is going to file a Motion to Adjudicate your probation. There are many alternatives a judge may take, but one is placing you back on probation. Another is sending you to prison. Let your lawyer assist you with this matter.
