Difference
What is the difference in the terms, indecency with a child and sexual child abuse?
Is this a misdemenor, or felony; and what kind of punishment is usually meted out in each instance.

In Texas there is no such offense as sexual child abuse. Indecency with a child is an offense and is located in Chapter 21 (Section 21.11 to be exact) of the Texas Penal Code, and is a second or third degree felony depending on the facts of the case, (i.e., depending on whether there was touching or exposing), and under which circumstances the individual is charged.
