dui
is it legal to have a dwi charge mailed to you and i was not citied for any offense on site? I was not drinkink and i hhave been charged for a offense i didn't commit. My life is hell.

is it legal? yes. Is it irregular? yes. Most police officers would not let a suspected dwi person go without charging them. It would be even more suspicious if they let you drive away. I suggest you hire an attorney that has experience in dwi cases.
