Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
early dismissal
Fee for an attorney to get an early dismissal on a case that I have done 6 of 10 years sentance on probation. I have PO officer OK, need only to pay balance of fine.

To do what you want requires a proper filed & served motion and a hearing on it, designed to convince the judge to do it in the interests of justice. Fees would be for a 1/2 to whole day or so of time, counting the prep and hearing. If serious about doing so, contact me to discuss.
