can i expunge my record
my husban was of ''Engaging in Organized Crime'' in 2001 violated defered judifcation, and probation, was picked up, tried, and charged in 2002, went to prison. with all that said is threr anything he can do to clear, expunge, or anything else to his record

He is not eligible for a non-disclosure or expungement. His only chance is a pardon from the Governor.
