Expunged
my husband has a felony, and we are tring to get him a pardon, or get it expunged. would like to find a lawyer to help us get that done. we need a lawyer from collin county

If the felony is a conviction, then he is not eligible for an expunction. If the case was dismissed, then the arrest might be expunged under certain circumstances.
A pardon is unusual, but available in some circumstances.
Some felony offenses are eligible for non-disclosure, which means that it can be seen by 23 various agencies, but not the general public.
