Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Fatal Crash
I was involved (a passenger) in a fatal car crash. My question is aren't the authorities ''required'' to ask for a BAC for drivers that are involved in a fatal car accident?

Not unless there was probable cause to believe there was alcohol involved.
