How does a felony on your record affect you?
My husband was arrested for Felony Posession of a controlled substance. He has the option of going thru a Drug Court and having the felony charge dropped but doesn't want to plead guilty. How will this affect his future?

A felony will affect his ability to get certain jobs, go to certain schools, get financial aid, rent apartments or houses, and if he is not a citizen, it will affect his immigration status.
He needs a lawyer.
