What the heck does this charge mean.
I am being charge w/ ABI/RETAILIATION W/GOVERMENT.AND I DON,T HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS,GAUDELUPE COUNTY.PLEASE HELP I HAVE COURT ON 9/20/06 MY BIRTHDAY.

You are being charged with Assault by the use of bodily injury and possibly with Retaliation with a Government witness or servant. Assault is a class A Misdemeanor and the other may be a felony. You need to contact a good criminal attorney in your area, you might try Jamie Balagia, his office is in the Austin area and I know he goes to Guadalupe County. Please tell him I told you to call.
