My husband is being accuse d of taking a package containing a $9oo computer from someones porch, he's found gujity how much time could he possibly get. He has 1 prior arrest for theftover 200. Less than 500. Can. Someone please tell me how muchb he is facing

Assuming it is charged as a theft, then it is a class A misdemeanor based on the value (under $1500.) The prior is a class b thus it does not affect the potential sentence of up to 1 year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine.
