Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband is on county jail with a no bond his bond got revoked on first charge when they raided our home. He is not on any paper and has not been convicted on either of these charges why can he not get a bond, and our lawyer keeps threatening us he is gonna drop us as a client cause we can't pay more, we pay a little each week and have p 5000+ what can I do I've run out of money

If your husband is indigent, he can try to get a court appointed attorney after firing the other lawyer. However, he does not have right to the court appointed attorney of his choice.
