my husbands ex wife came to our house and attacked him, she was arrested and charged with assault with bodily harm, we live in texas what are the chance that she will be convicted?

This all depends. Your husband has to be willing to come to court and testify. If you saw this you will probable need to testify. Pictures of any marks help along with any medical records. Stay in touch with the District Attorney's office
