Information in Grand Jury Indictment
When getting a grand jury indictment, what are the laws that they must follow as to getting an indictment?
Are they allowed to leave out exonerating information? Can they only take the ''bad'' information? What should someone do, if they have found that the information that was given to the grand jury was selective in only taking what would seem to be criminal, except for the fact the investigator did talk to witnesses and documented proof that no criminal act had taken place? (civil maybe, but not criminal)
I would appreciate any help, because the governemt inst helping...

Chapter 21 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure deals specifically with the requisites of an Indictment. As to your other question, about what to do if the information behind the indictment is bad, you hire an attorney and set the case for Jury trial.
