Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Long story short: I was 20, she was 17, we watched porn together. Entirely consensual, and we were in a dating relationship. Her father found out, went bonkers, and is out for blood. Is there anything that he can do to me legally? He has proof of it, and in the course of a false rape investigation (initiated be her father, of course) of said girl, he was informed that what I did broke some kind of federal law. The event happened in Texas.

I don't really have enough information regarding this case. But my question to you would be -- what is the exact age difference between you and your girlfriend? If more than 3 years and 1 day is the difference in your ages, you will need an experienced attorney to assist you with this matter.
