Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Possible MIP ticket dismissal
I was recently given an MIP ticket. Is it possible to have it dismissed if:
-The officer mispelled the name of the place where I was
-He failed to put down the place's address
-He failed to list the violation date and time
Thanks.

Re: Possible MIP ticket dismissal
Yes, it is possible, but it is also possible for them to refile the case. You need to contact an attorney who handles criminal cases.
