Can a police officer engage in sexual activity ..
I was wondering if a police in Texas could come to an escorts house, have sex with her and arrest her a week later for prositution.Do they normally arrest prostitutes and escorts on the spot?

Police can't pay a person for sex and then have sex with the person. By doing so, the police officer has committed the same crime that he arrested you for. What usually happens in these cases is that the officer gets you to offer sex for money. Once that happens they arrest you on the spot. The officer is usually wired. I strongly recommend that you get a lawyer.
