Maybe. Depends on what you are on probation for, and what the violation is, and how you have done otherwise on the probation, and your excuse / explanation for the violation, what the probation officer thinks of you, what the judge thinks of you and your case, etc.

A person who has violated probation can have their probation revoked, amended, extended, and / or have nothing happen.

If a person has a probation violation, they need a lawyer.
