Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation discharge
I have a case where i was issued deferred ajudification for i yr offence was misd theft 500-1500 this was in 2000.I never finished it.I was looking into my record and it showed under the court disposition (331) court has discharged individuals probation. What does this mean?

You said you never completed it? Why do you say that?
Also, depending on the offense, you may be able to seal those records through a non-disclosure order.
You should speak with a local attorney about this.
