Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation
I am on probation for the offence that was not involved sex, or guns, or violence, and was given 1 year probation after which I can file a Petition for Non-Discloser to Seal my Record.
My question is: if travel for 3-4 days in the US without Probation Officer knowing it (I still don't know who my probation officer is going to be since I just have gone through orientation and my trip to my friend's wedding is next week), does it show at the airport in the computer or is it just a Risk I am taking for someone finding out?

Realistically, it will probably not show up. It is also a risk not worth taking. You can go to the Probation Office and show them the wedding invite, and they will give you a travel permit. Not getting permission could end up revoking your probation before you even get started. Be smart.
