There are too many variables for someone to give you a good answer. What offense is the defendant on probation for? What are the allegations in the motion to revoke? How long has the defendant been on probation? They just start probation or are they almost finished? What is the mentality of the Judge? What actions has the defendant taken to remedy any problems? Etc...
All of these questions would go into figuring out what is a likely outcome on a probation revocation. You should speak to the lawyer who represented the defendant on the underlying offense that placed them on probation in the first place.
