Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Didn't sign ticket..
The other night i was at a party, long story short it got busted. Once the TABC arrived they started giving tickets out. I stupidly said i had one beer and was written a ticket for minor consumption, but he forgot to tell me to sign it. He gave me my copy and told me to call this number in a week, said would probably get a fine.. Can this be dropped or anything?

Not signing the ticket alone will not result in a dismissal. Get a lawyer to review all of the facts to see if you can get it dismissed. If not, the atty can probably get you deferred so that there are fewer consequences.
