i would like to know how much it will cost to get a criminal record expunged?

The filing fees are usually around $350-500 here in Travis County, but it depends on what county you are filing in. I charge a very small fee $500 to file the petition because I think that if people are eligible, they should file, but also to discourage people for filing on their own. You only have one shot at an expunction, you should at least talk to a lawyer first.
