court appointed lawyers

Do they really help you or they just there for the state and do not care.

Can you request another court appointed lawyer.

The ones I know, do care. They also have far too many clients, and are paid far too little to give your case the attention you believe it deserves.

You can hire a lawyer.

You can ask the judge for a new court-appointed lawyer. Sometimes it works.
