Re: DUI charges
What can I do to keep my license? First, you have 15 days from the date of your arrest in which to request a hearing or your license will definately be suspended forty-one days from the date of your arrest. This is a separate administrative hearing from the DWI case itself. Second, you need to hire an attorney, who handles DWI cases because as a CDL holder you have a great deal to lose.
