DUI with a minor
How would a person that has to pay child support payments facing jail time due to a felony dui,a minor was in the veh,avoid any further problems? He is afraid that while he does his time,his child support will not be able to get paid therefore causing more legal problems.

Your friend could potentially be facing a long stretch in jail. While there, his child support would continue to accrue. I think his best solution is to seek some sort of probation.
