Does a DUI show up on a background check
Can you tell me if a DUI from a different state from 10 years ago will show up on a background check?

There is a very good chance that the DUI will show up, particularly, if the persons doing the background check know that you had been in the state where the DUI occurred.

Additionally, different states have different rules for sealing records and for expunction. Check with an attorney in the state of the DUI to see if you can get it expunged or sealed.
