DWI - 2nd Offense
Lived in Tx, had a DWI, moved to Florida, obtained Fla Lic, return to Tx for visit, got second DWI there and received two year probation, fine and community work, and cannot drive in Tx for set num of years, etc. How does that affect my Florida Lic and my ability to transfer my probation, etc to Fla and continue to drive in Fla?

In MOST cases, the probation officer handles a courtesy transfer to another state, and requires the willingness of the new county/state to accept courtesy supervision. Outside of that, you will need to inquire of FL lawyers about the effect on your license there. It seems that once you transfer probation, DMV will learn of the suspension in TX.
