dwi in texas
this question is about my father in law. he just got his 3rd dwi charge if he leaves and dont go to court...what is the statute of limitations before the warrant gets thrown out?

Small problem the warrant won't be thrown out, and the fact that charges are filed, the Statute of Limitations are tolled (stop running) while the warrant is in place. Your father would do better hiring a DWI lawyer and fighting the case rather trying to run.
