possible involuntary intoxication manslaughter sentences?

a man ran a red light, T-boned another car while going at speeds upward of 90 mph, and killed the other driver. he then failed 3 field sobriety tests and breathalyzer tests shoed .17 and .18. he is charged with involuntary intoxication manslaughter, how long would his possible prison term be?
